Biography
​Antoine Delfosse (1895–1980) was a Catholic statesman and the sole minister of the Belgian government who remained in German-occupied Belgium in 1940. He was later held accountable for traveling to France in June 1940 to recover personnel and equipment belonging to the Belgian radio station. Due to his activities in the resistance movement, Delfosse fled to London in 1942, where he took on the portfolios of Minister of Justice and Minister of Propaganda and Information in the government-in-exile
