Seiko Tomoe (巴 菁子, Tomoe Seiko, December 8, 1942) is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo. Her voice type is alto. She is currently affiliated with 81 Produce, and formerly with Marui and Ezaki Production (renamed to Mausu Production).
